Please note: All our services are fee-for-service since Nurse Practitioners are unable to bill OHIP as per the Canada Health Act. We provide an alternative to OHIP-insured services. If this doesn't meet your needs, we recommend consulting your primary healthcare provider.

Episodic Health Visit: (20 minutes)

- We offer appointments for common, "one-time" health issues like new cough/cold, UTI, or rash.
- Thorough evaluation: During these appointments, we provide a thorough evaluation tailored to your specific condition.
- Efficient and effective care: Our goal is to address your immediate health concerns efficiently and effectively, ensuring you receive the care you need. We have same day/next day and evening appointments.
- Initial visit includes a first-time assessment for a new concern or management of an existing chronic disease and a treatment plan.
- This can include any laboratory tests or diagnostics.
Chronic Disease Management Follow-up (20 minutes)
- Includes monitoring treatment plan from previous visit
- Adjustments in treatment plan if necessary
- Additional blood work if indicated
- Includes prescriptions or refills of medications
